Many students in minority communities don’t envision career or entrepreneurial success for themselves because they lack exposure to professional role models, careers, existing jobs and various industries. PEEP primarily targets under served Black youth 10 – 18 years of age.

PEEP partners with local corporations, nonprofits and small business owners to assist students with creating their own blueprint –without socio-economic limitations. Through our programs, students:

MISSION & VISION

PEEP’s mission is to empower African-American youth through educational programming to help eliminate future socio-economic disparities in the African-American community.

Our education programming is centered around our three foundational pillars: Career Planning & Development,  Wealth Creation, and Entrepreneurship.

PROGRAMS

We offer flexible programming on a variety of topics to increase student’s social capital and foster a growth mindset. Our programs are administered through community volunteers and educators with the goal to meet our mission of educating youth about career planning and development, wealth creation and entrepreneurship.

GOALS

Our goals are to dramatically increase the pathway to self-sufficiency through educational awareness and exposure to industry and trade professionals. PEEP also awards student scholarships making it financially possible for African-American youth to pursue formal education or training to improve their lives.
